Amad Diallo nears return to Man United squad after long injury

Amad Diallo is reportedly nearing a return for Manchester United in the coming days after suffering an ankle injury back in February.

The electrifying winger has been sidelined for nearly three months and has had to sit out the Red Devils’ last 14 games across all competitions.

Initially, there were fears that Diallo would not play again this season due to the severity of his injury, although Ruben Amorim expressed optimism last month that the winger would return for the final stretch this term.

Diallo has gone on to take small positive steps in his recovery at Man United’s Carrington base, and earlier this month, he hinted at an imminent comeback this month on his social media platforms- one United fans are delighted with.

Now, Sky Italy journalist Fabrizio Romano says Diallo is likely to to return to full training with the rest of the team as early as next week, which indicates that he will be available for United’s final crucial Europa games.

United will be aiming to have Amad Diallo in their fold as early as possible, knowing he’s got enough quality to make a difference for the end of their season.
