Barcelona set price for €60m-rated Saudi-bound midfielder

Barcelona have reportedly set a €60m price tag on one of their talented midfielders, Fermin Lopez, who has been attracting Saudi interest over a summer move.
Barcelona will be looking to ship out some players in the summer transfer window to lessen their financial burden, while they also look to strengthen the squad for manager Hansi Flick, getting into the new season after stellar start to life with the Spanish giants.
In doing so, the likes of Ronald Araujo, Andreas Christensen, and Ansu Fati are believed to be on the top list of departures in the summer, with Fermin Lopez also being mentioned.

Fermin has had a challenging campaign so far under Flick, with the midfielder struggling to break into Barcelona’s first XI.
However, the 22-year-old has managed to accumulate six goals and eight assists in 42 appearances in the season for the league leaders.

Despite these numbers, there are still reports of the Spanish international being sold during the summer transfer window in order to raise funds.
It has been reported in recent weeks that Barcelona are open to selling, and now, Relevo has reported that Saudi Arabia are keen on a move.

The report reveals that Saudi clubs are prepared to make an offer worth €8m per year for the young talent, as they continue to target younger players with the likes of Gabri Veiga and Jhon Duran having already moved to the Middle East.
Further reports indicate that the Catalan club would consider letting Fermin go, but only if an significant offer in the region of €60m is put on the table.
Despite the huge interest from Saudi Arabia, reports also state massive admirers from Premier League clubs increasing over the last 12 months.
Aside from Fermin, Brazilian international Raphinha has caught the eye of the Saudi-rich clubs, with a potential bid lined up in the summer for the winger.
However, there are fewer chances for this to happen as the in-form winger is expected to extend his stay in Catalonia over the coming weeks.
