He comes in for Williams, who sustained an injury during Athletic Bilbao’s La Liga clash with Mallorca on Saturday, ruling him out of the upcoming fixtures.

The 31-year-old was part of Otto Addo’s 24-man squad named for the double-header. The Black Stars are currently in Casablanca, Morocco, preparing for their game against the Central African Republic on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Ghana will then host Comoros at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 12, 2025, as they aim to seal qualification for a fifth World Cup appearance. The team sits top of Group I with 19 points and two matches remaining.
