Chelsea are expected to resign Marc Guehi in the summer
Chelsea encouraged to make bid for Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi

Chelsea are being led to make a bid for Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi as the London side prepares to continue its rebuilding in the summer.
Enzo Maresca’s side are encouraged to make a bid for Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi, with Tottenham and Newcastle also keen on signing the English international.
The Blues are poised to bolster their defensive department next season and could attempt to bring Guehi back to Stamford Bridge four years after selling him.

Reports from The Sun have revealed that Palace hope to raise around £130m to fund a summer rebuild.
And, they will be looking at Eberechi Eze, who could also depart Selhurst Park this summer, with a £60m release clause ready to be activated, and Guehi part of the expected outgoings.

Palace boss Oliver Glasner, however, will give the green light to sell the sensational duo, enabling him to use the funds to bring in six new players, aiming to make them even more physically dominant.
Guehi has has just twelve months left on his current Palace contract, so this potentially presents the last chance for the club to sell him for a fee.
However, Chelsea might not be the only English club interested in taking advantage of his current one-year contract.

A few days ago, reports surfaced that the 24-year-old had major interest from clubs in the Premier League, with Tottenham, Chelsea, and Newcastle among the top contenders for his signature.
Outside these Premier League giants is Italian side Juventus, who have also shown interest and are reportedly willing to pay around £40m to sign Guehi.
Fabrizio Romano had earlier in the week suggested that the potential for Guehi to stay at the club for another 12 months before departing on a free transfer is a possibility.
Palace will play Man City in the FA Cup final, with Guihi expected to play a big role in what would be a huge achievement for Glasner and the club if they manage to win the oldest Cup Competition in English football.
