Nicolas Jackson has been struggling for minutes in a new-look Chelsea attack
Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson agree terms to join Bayern Munich

Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson has reportedly agreed personal terms with German giants Bayern Munich over a potential switch to the Bundesliga this summer, according to reports from Germany.
Jackson, who has been struggling for minutes in a new-look Chelsea side have been put up for sale this summer, and has called for the player to propose his desire to look for other options elsewhere during the summer transfer window.
Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has stated that all parties would be “happier” if Jackson and teammate Christopher Nkunku departed the club before the transfer deadline, with ongoing discussions already underway with interested clubs.

According to BILD, Bayern have secured a verbal agreement with Nicolas Jackson on personal terms, with negotiations still ongoing with Chelsea, rather over a loan deal.
Meanwhile, there have been no breakthroughs in negotiations with the Club World Cup champions, with the Premier League side demanding a hefty fee for the Senegalese striker.
The Blues see their star striker as having high potential, even though they need to make a tough decision by permanently offloading him after the summer arrivals of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro from Ipswich and Brighton, respectively.

Chelsea appear keen to sell, as they actively pursue other attacking options, with strong links to Alejandro Garnacho and Xavi Simons, both of whom command significant transfer fees.
Several clubs, including Aston Villa and Newcastle, have expressed interest in Jackson, but Bayern now seems to have taken the initial decisive step toward signing the 24-year-old.
However, the Bavarians will need to launch a convincing bid to secure Chelsea’s approval for this transfer. As confirmed by director Max Eberl, Bayern’s management will only approve loan deals, requiring their English counterparts to reconsider their stance on Jackson.
The Bundesliga champions are in separate discussions with Chelsea about Nkunku, but Bayern’s loan stance has made a transfer for the Frenchman difficult to execute, hence the shift to Jackson.
It remains to be seen whether he can be signed or if Bayern’s efforts will be thwarted again.
