Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly set to announce his departure from Al-Nassr, with the Saudi Pro League side already identifying a summer replacement.
Since Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr in January 2023, the club have yet to win any official trophies.
This season, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner also failed to lead the team to qualification for the AFC Champions League.

The Portugal captain has hinted at a potential exit from the nine-time Saudi Pro League champions.
He wrote on Instagram on Monday night: “This chapter is over.
“The story? Still being written. Grateful to all.”
According to Marca, Ronaldo is expected to officially confirm his departure during a press conference hosted by Al-Nassr on Thursday evening.

Ronaldo’s next destination remains uncertain, with speculation linking him to possible moves to Major League Soccer (MLS), Brazil, Turkey, Sporting Lisbon, or even another Saudi club, Al-Hilal, who are set to participate in the Club World Cup this summer.

Meanwhile, Al-Nassr are already preparing for life after Ronaldo. talkSPORT reports that the club have shown interest in signing Liverpool forward Luis Diaz this summer.
The Colombian winger has been linked with a move away from Anfield, with Barcelona previously interested before reportedly pulling out of the race.
Ronaldo’s desire to participate in the upcoming Club World Cup appears to be supported by FIFA President Gianni Infantino.
Infantino recently stated that Ronaldo will be playing in the tournament in the United States this summer.
Despite this, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s future remains uncertain.
