Exclusive : Former Hearts defender Konadu Yiadom joins Hapoel Kfar Saba

Israeli Division One League side Hapoel Kfar Saba have announced the signing of former Hearts of Oak defender Konadu Yiadom ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The 24-year-old joins the club following the expiration of his contract with Hearts of Oak. Despite efforts by the Phobians to renew his deal, Yiadom declined and opted to continue his career in Israel.

The highly-rated centre-back made just 18 appearances in the Ghana Premier League for Hearts of Oak, registering a single assist during his time at the club.
Yiadom, who was part of Ghana’s Black Galaxies squad, joined the Rainbow club in August 2022 from WAFA and quickly established himself as a key figure in defence.
Last season, he spent time on loan at Ukrainian side Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih but struggled to make an impact, prompting his return to Hearts of Oak at the start of the 2024/25 campaign.
Hapoel Kfar Saba finished seventh in the Leumit League table and will be looking to improve on that in the coming season
He is expected to play a pivotal role for Hapoel Kfar Saba as they aim to secure promotion to the Israeli top flight.
