Hearts of Oak complete 15 signings ahead of 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season

The Ghana Premier League 2025/26 transfer window officially closed on the night of August 31, with clubs wrapping up their final signings before the new season kicks off.
Accra Hearts of Oak were among the busiest sides, completing 15 new signings ahead of the campaign.

Despite a transfer ban imposed on the club, the Phobians acted swiftly to finalize all deals before the window shut on Sunday evening.
At the end of the 2024/25 season, Hearts parted ways with more than ten players, including Nurudeen Abdul Aziz, Asamoah Boateng, Yahaya Adramani, Kwabena Boateng, Konadu Yiadom, Suraj Seidu, and several others.
In their place, the club has reinforced its squad with the following arrivals:

• Baba Adamu – CB
• Zaid Suraj – MD
• Rocky Dwamena – MD
• Samuel Amankwah – LB

• Abdul Karim – MD
• Godwin Cudjoe – CB
• Felix Otoboah – CB
• Kelvin Appiah – MD
• Solomon Agbasi – GK
With these reinforcements, the Phobians will be aiming for a stronger showing in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
Hearts of Oak will begin their Ghana Premier League campaign with a game against newcomers Hohoe United on September 14.
