Manchester United are looking to swoop for Federico DiMarco in January
Man United eye signing of Inter Milan star Federico DiMarco

Manchester United are reportedly eyeing the signing of Inter Milan star Federico DiMarco in the January transfer window, according to reports from Fichajes.
The Italian international is seen as an upgrade on Patrick Dorgu, who arrived for an initial fee of £25 million (€30 million), with up to £4 million (€5 million) in potential bonuses.
He joined the Premier League club from the Italian Serie A side Lecce in February 2025, signing until 2030, with an option for an additional year.

Now, the 27-year-old Dimarco is reportedly on the radar for United. He has been in fine form for the Italian outfit this season, and he could prove to be an excellent addition at Old Trafford.
The Inter left-back has a contract set to expire in 2027, and he might be available for a reasonable amount of money in the coming months.
There’s no question about Dimarco’s quality, and his ability to play at the highest level for the world’s top clubs and a move to United would prove to be a statement that will suit him perfectly.
Having established himself in Italy, now could be the ideal moment for him to embrace a new challenge in the Premier League and slot in as first-choice left-back, potentially, in place of Dorgu.

It will be intriguing to see if Manchester United can finalise the deal. They could benefit from added quality and depth at fullback, and the Italian, currently at the peak of his career, has been in exceptional form, leading Europe’s top five leagues in creating big chances this season.
However, it remains to be seen whether the Red Devils will follow up on their interest with an official proposal to get the deal done.
The full-back knows what it takes to play for a big club and fight for trophies regularly, and could be the ideal fit for United as manager Ruben Amorim continues to rebuild and set the project in proper motion to compete for titles.
