Tino Livramento was an unused substitute in Friday’s 2-0 victory over Albania at Wembley
Newcastle’s Tino Livramento left out of England squad for Latvia clash

Newcastle United defender Tino Livramento has been omitted from England’s squad for Monday’s World Cup qualifier against Latvia.
Tino Livramento, 22, was an unused substitute in Friday’s 2-0 victory over Albania at Wembley.
England manager Thomas Tuchel named a 26-man squad for the qualifiers against Albania and Latvia, but Uefa regulations require a 23-player matchday squad for each fixture.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White and Liverpool defender Jarrel Quansah, who were both absent for Friday’s match, have returned to the squad.

Meanwhile, Newcastle winger Anthony Gordon has dropped out after returning to his club following an injury.
Southampton goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has also been excluded as the Three Lions prepare to face Latvia at Wembley on Monday.
“We have to get the process right to find the best group,” Tuchel said.
“If that means we leave very good and talented players out of the squad this can happen. In the next 16 months it is important we find the right team and not the most talented 26 players.
“We need to get the team right. We need to get the team spirit right because it’s one thing to play qualifiers, it’s another thing to play tournament football.”
Livramento’s exclusion is notable, as he is one of the few players in the squad who can, and has, played at left-back this season.
If he remains sidelined, Sky Sports News suggests that Lewis-Skelly is likely to retain his position in the role.
