Richarlison is closing in on a return for Tottenham Hotspur following his latest injury setback, with reports suggesting the club turned down a bid from Flamengo in January.

Despite his struggles, Flamengo reportedly attempted to sign Richarlison in January, submitting a bid of £16 million ($21m).

However, Tottenham swiftly rejected the offer, with the club valuing him at nearly double that amount.
Fluminense, Richarlison’s former club, are also said to be interested in bringing him back to Brazil, but the player is not currently considering a return, given the challenges of moving back to Europe afterward.
