Under new manager Thomas Frank, Spurs, aiming to revamp their squad, had their bid for the Ghanaian forward promptly rejected by the Hammers.

According to the report, the Europa League champions’ £50 million offer for Kudus was declined after they shifted focus away from Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze.

West Ham United forward Mohammed Kudus is open to moving to Tottenham Hotspur this summer, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

Tottenham have shown interest in acquiring 24-year-old Mohammed Kudus from West Ham, aiming to end their unofficial transfer embargo with the Hammers, per The Telegraph.

The London club have also considered Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo but recently backed away after discovering his price tag would exceed £65 million, surpassing the fee paid for Dominic Solanke.

Meanwhile, it was announced on Monday that Semenyo has signed a new five-year contract with the Cherries.

Kudus, however, have been linked with a summer move to Saudi Pro League clubs, with Al Nassr considering an £85m swoop in early April.

However, Kudus wants to continue his career in the Premier League and has turned down interest from Saudi Arabia.

Fellow London rivals, Chelsea, reportedly saw a player-plus-cash deal for the 24-year-old turned down by West Ham.

Kudus joined West Ham from Ajax for £38 million and has since made 80 appearances, scoring 19 goals and contributing 10 assists across all competitions.

In the 2024/25 season, he featured in 35 matches, scored five goals, and provided four assists for West Ham, who placed 14th in the Premier League.

Reports indicate Kudus has two release clauses: a £120 million clause for Saudi clubs and an £85 million clause for Premier League clubs, which is active this summer.

And his departure could lead the Hammers to turn their attention to Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall or Carney Chukwuemeka.
