Arsenal determined to keep their hopes of silverware alive in the 2024/25 campaign
‘It’s far from over’ – Bukayo Saka issues rallying cry ahead of PSG showdown

Arsenal star Bukayo Saka remains optimistic that his team can turn their Champions League semi-final tie around despite suffering a 1-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain at the Emirates Stadium.
Ousmane Dembele’s early goal in the fourth minute gave the Ligue 1 champions a slender advantage heading into the second leg at the Parc des Princes tonight.
However, Saka is confident that belief within the squad is still strong, with Arsenal determined to keep their hopes of silverware alive in the 2024/25 campaign.

The crucial fixture comes just four days after Arsenal’s 2-1 defeat to Bournemouth in the Premier League at home, adding further pressure on the team to bounce back.
“I think it’s important to stay calm, but obviously we know we have another level to go and I think we’re going to show it in Paris, and I’m confident we can turn it around,” Saka told Sky Sports.
“Obviously, we are a bit frustrated and disappointed in ourselves. But, like I said, the most important thing right now is to stay calm. It’s far from over.”

The 23-year-old has netted two goals since his return to action, including a crucial strike at the Bernabeu that helped Arsenal secure a 5-1 aggregate victory over Real Madrid in the quarter-finals.
However, in the first leg against PSG, he only managed to earn a yellow card for his efforts.
He continued: “It was tough to find spaces. They put a lot of bodies around me. They defended well. I’m just looking at which spaces I can find in the second leg.
“They have a good manager. They have top-quality players. A lot of threat up at the top end of the pitch.”
