Arsenal will walk away from Chelsea’s £50 pricetag for Noni Madueke
Arsenal informed of Noni Madueke’s price tag

Arsenal have been informed of London rivals, Chelsea, forward Noni Madueke’s price tag as the Gunners search for reinforcement this summer.
Arsenal, under manager Mikel Arteta, have been busy in the summer transfer window trying to find the best solutions for their transfer target, and have been linked with a move for Chelsea winger Madueke.
However, reports have revealed that the Conference League winners have valued the English international at £50 million.

According to The Independent, Arsenal have been told that they will need to pay £50 million ($68m) if they are to sign Madueke from Chelsea this summer.
Arteta is seeking to revamp his attack and has also been chasing RB Leipzig star Benjamin Sesko and Athletic Club winger Nico Williams.
The Williams deal appears to have stalled, with the player reportedly agreeing to a six-year deal with Spanish champions Barcelona – pending a club-to-club agreement.

Arsenal, meanwhile, have been eyeing potential moves for Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyokeres and, quite recently, Eintracht Frankfurt’s Hugo Ekitike over a summer move.
However, Sesko’s contract includes a release clause worth just over €80 million (£68.5m), but Arsenal is rather aiming to do a deal at closer to €70 million (£60m).
Arsenal, however, have stepped away from paying Chelsea’s demanded fee for Madueke, viewing it as an expensive investment.

Madueke only joined Chelsea in 2023 and has a contract until 2030. The 23-year-old made 32 Premier League appearances last season, scoring seven goals and registering four assists.
The Blues themselves are eyeing a move for Borussia Dortmund’s Jamie Gittens, as they look to fill the void left by forward Mykhailo Mudryk since news broke of the Ukrainian allegedly being suspected of doping in November 2024 – he will now be facing a potential ban of 4 years following the FA’s final investigation.
Arsenal will hope to get a deal done for a new forward before the new season begins, as Arteta continues to chase the Premier League title – failing to win it in the last five seasons.
