Promising Ghanaian winger Joseph Narbi has taken a major step in his burgeoning football career by signing with Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI) — a globally respected and fast-growing sports agency.
The teenage talent, who currently plays for Benab FC in Ghana, joins a select group of standout African prospects handpicked as part of RNSI’s strategic expansion into African football.

Known for his explosive pace, flair, and silky dribbling, Narbi has caught the eye of scouts with his outstanding displays in the Ghana Division Two League and with the Ghana U17 national team. His performances have established him as one of the most exciting young prospects in the country.
Narbi, alongside Ali Umar of Koforidua Semper Fi, becomes one of the first Ghanaians to join the Roc Nation family.
RNSI’s Africa strategy aims to build strong partnerships across the continent, with a focus on developing top-tier football talent and providing them with the resources to thrive both on and off the pitch. This includes a holistic approach to career development, education, and mentorship — helping young athletes turn potential into global success stories.
The agency’s commitment to Africa mirrors its earlier moves into other key markets. In 2023, RNSI expanded into South America by acquiring the Brazil-based TFM Agency, adding over 100 players to its portfolio — including VinÃcius Jr, Gabriel Martinelli, and Endrick.
Since opening its London-based office in 2019, RNSI has climbed into the top tier of global football agencies, representing elite players like Chris Richards, Federico Dimarco, Luis Henrique, Kerolin, and Malick Fofana.
The agency has also welcomed Francis Gomez from Sibanor United in The Gambia, Nigeria’s Ifeoluwa Olowoporoku of Tripple 44, and Mamadou Diallo of Guinea’s Al Nasr.
