“I’m happy to join a great club like Hearts of Oak. I have signed a two-year contract with an option for an additional year. I’ve completed my medicals successfully, and I can’t wait to start this new chapter and give my best for the team,” Duku said after completing his move.

Duku was a sought-after prospect in the domestic transfer market, attracting interest from several top-flight clubs due to his leadership qualities and consistent goal-scoring form.

His arrival is expected to strengthen Hearts of Oak’s attacking line ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

He becomes the club’s fourth signing of the window, following the arrivals of Baba Adamu, Ali Mohammed, and Prince Owusu Kwabena.

Duku is expected to begin training with his new teammates on Saturday as the team prepares for the upcoming Homowo Cup clash against Heart of Lions.

The forward scored three goals in 21 appearances for Vision FC during the 2024/25 season, including an impressive brace against Asante Kotoko on the final day of the campaign.
