Nations FC sign former Samartex keeper Lawrence Ansah

Ghana Premier League side, Nations FC has officially confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Lawrence Ansah in the ongoing transfer window.
The 24-year-old has penned a two-year deal with the club following successful negotiations.

He joined the club on a free transfer after leaving Samartex in 2024.
Ansah returns to the Ghana Premier League after a year without a club.

During his time at Samartex, the 23-year-old appeared in over 50 games in various competitions, including the Division One league, the Ghana Premier League, the MTN FA cup, and the Division One Super Cup.
He was part of the Samartex team that won the Ghana Premier League in the 2023/2025 season.
Lawrence Ansah is the first official signing of the club ahead of the 2025/26 season.
He is a direct replacement for Mensah who left the club at the end of the 2024/25 season.
Lawrence Ansah has already joined his new teammates in training in Accra as they intensified preparation for the season.
