Bechem United recruit experienced left-back Emmanuel Ampiah to augment squad

Bechem United have announced the signing of experienced defender Emmanuel Ampiah ahead of the start of the 2025/26 season.
The 33-year-old left back has signed a two-year deal with the club following a successful negotiation.

A statement on the club’s website stated,

Ampiah has previously played for Elmina Sharks in the Ghana Premier League before moving to Nigeria.
He spent seven years in the Nigerian top-flight, where he featured for Enyimba FC and Rivers United.
The versatile defender brings vast experience to the Hunters’ side for the 2025/26 season.
He is the seventh official signing of the club in the current transfer window.
