Dreams FC sign prolific striker Oppong Asante

Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC have completed the signing of goal poacher Oppong Asante ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The highly promising forward has penned a three-year deal with the “Still Believe” lads following successful negotiations.

Asante joins from Eastern Region Division Two outfit Armour FC, where he established himself as the club’s talisman.
Confirming the deal on their official Facebook page, Dreams FC wrote:

We are delighted to confirm that Oppong Asante has completed his transfer from Armour FC to Dreams Football Club.”
The 20-year-old forward was Armour FC’s star man during his two-year stay, netting 20 goals in 20 matches during the 2024/25 season, alongside four assists and four MVP awards.
In his debut season, he struck 10 goals in 16 games, also contributing four assists and picking up three Man of the Match awards.
Asante becomes Dreams FC’s fourth signing of the window, following the arrivals of Suraj Seidu, Desmond Tetteh, and Ernest Appiah.
He has already linked up with his new teammates in training as the club prepares for the upcoming Nsenkyire Cup in Samreboi.
