“Accra Hearts of Oak has mutually parted ways with midfielder Seth Osei. We thank him for his commitment and service to the club during his time with us and wish him the very best in his future endeavors,” the statement read.
Since the arrival of head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, the former AshantiGold playmaker had fallen down the pecking order.
He did not feature in the GHALCA Top Four tournament and was yet to make an appearance in the ongoing 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
Osei returned to Ghana in January after a stint with South African Premier League side TS Galaxy, signing a two-year deal with the Phobians after lengthy negotiations.
Before his departure, the midfielder managed only eight league appearances for Hearts of Oak.
Following the termination, Osei is now a free agent and eligible to join any club of his choice.
