Samu bagged 27 goals for Porto last season and has been highly prolific since joining the Portuguese club.
His skill set and physicality make him well-suited to thrive in the Premier League, possessing exactly what is needed to succeed in English football.
With Dominic Solanke almost failing to live up to the expectations, Samu, who has been likened to former Atletico and Chelsea striker Diego Costa for his playing style, is seen as an ideal fit to relieve some burden off the Englishman.
A move to the Premier League cannot be ruled out. Especially with regular games, looking at his potential and what he could become as he continues to develop as a young striker.

However, he has a long-term contract with Porto, and he is likely to come at a substantial cost.
It will be interesting to see if they are willing to show ambition in the transfer market and spend big money on the player.
Samu was previously linked to Arsenal and Chelsea before signing for Porto, but the potential transfer fell through due to some technicalities.
The young striker has scored 5 goals in six matches for Porto this season. And the Portuguese side are in no hurry to part with such a key player in January, and it will be interesting to see how this situation develops.
