Winfred Dormon for Dreams FC

Head coach of Dreams FC, Winfred Dormon, says he is confident the team will turn their fortunes around despite a difficult start to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

Dreams FC have picked up just one point from four matches, suffering three defeats and a draw. The poor run of results has left the “Still Believe” lads in the relegation zone and increased pressure on the technical team.

Speaking to Dreams FC TV, Dormon called for calm and urged supporters to keep faith in the team.

“We are responsible for the challenges that confront us and we must find solutions to them. This is not a problem, it’s a challenge and we will find a solution to it,” he said.

Reflecting on the team’s recent draw against Vision FC, the coach admitted his disappointment with the finishing but praised the overall performance.

“It was a very difficult match, and we knew it was going to be tricky. My disappointment was our inability to score because, on the balance of play, we had decent chances and dominated the first half,” Dormon stated.

“The attack must be more clinical. We created good opportunities but couldn’t convert them. Overall, we played well, but the result wasn’t satisfying.”

Dreams FC will next face Medeama SC in Week 5 a tough test as they look to claim their first win of the season.
