Antoine Semenyo has scored eight goals and recorded 3 assists for Bournemouth in the Premier League this season
Chelsea join race to sign Bournemouth star Antoine Semenyo

Chelsea have joined the race to sign Bournemouth and Ghana star Antoine Semenyo, who has been on the radar for several Premier League clubs over a January transfer.
The Ghanaian international has recently been linked with a move to the likes of Liverpool, Man City, Manchester United, and Tottenham, following his stellar display and consistency this season.
He has replicated an outstanding display of his talent from last season, where he recorded double figures in goal contribution (16) in all competitions.

The 25-year-old has built up his admirers for his signature, becoming the Premier League’s most sought-after target heading into the January transfer window.
Semenyo has a £65 million release clause that can be triggered in the first 10 days of the winter transfer window.
Man United were known to have revived their chase for Antoine Semenyo, while rivals circle the Bournemouth star. However, such ambitions are being monitored by other Premier League rivals, with the Blues now joining the race.

In recent days, both Manchester clubs have intensified their contact with Semenyo’s representatives, gaining a head start on Liverpool. The reigning Premier League champions made an initial enquiry in November but have yet to advance their interest.
Tottenham have pulled out of the race for the Bournemouth winger, believing the forward has other priorities.
Arsenal, long-term admirers of the Bournemouth star, remain interested—but are only likely to act in the summer, once they offload at least one player.
Meanwhile, talkSPORTS reported on Friday that Man City have advanced talks with Antoine Semenyo, with United, and other Premier League clubs lurking. City is believed to have held talks with the Bournemouth winger over a potential January transfer to the Etihad Stadium.
Now, talkSPORT reporters Ben Jacobs and Alex Crook report that Chelsea are the latest club to have enquired about Semenyo’s situation despite previously insisting that they would not enter the race for the winger.
A move to Stamford Bridge would be intriguing, given that Chelsea are already stacked with attacking options. The Blues bolstered their left flank with high-profile summer signings Alejandro Garnacho and Jamie Gittens, while boasting plenty of versatile players capable of operating on the right.
The former Bristol City forward has already bagged 8 goals and provided 3 assists in 16 Premier League appearances this season. And it would be interesting to see where Semenyo would slot in for Chelsea. As things stand, though, Manchester is still his most likely destination.
