AC Milan Eye Shock Move For Antonio Conte

AC Milan is believed to be lining up a shock move for Napoli coach Antonio Conte in the summer.
However, speculations are that the move can only be possible if former Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici also joins the Rossoneri.
Conte’s future at Napoli has currently come under immense scrutiny. A report from Tuttosport (h/t Football Italia) has revealed that he could join AC Milan this summer if the club succeeds in appointing former Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici.
The news was circulated earlier this week by Tuttosport that Milan CEO Giorgio Furlani held talks with Paratici to take over the role of the sporting director role.

Sky Sport Italia has backed up the report by adding that the ex-Juventus and Spurs boss was one of the leading contenders for the job.
Current reports also say that, should Paratici join the Rossoneri, he would be keen on reuniting with Conte at the San Siro.
The 55-year-old is said to be unhappy with the club board for making no effort to replace Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who joined Paris Saint-Germain in January.

Although Conte is under contract with Napoli for another two seasons, the former Chelsea boss could consider taking up the head coach position and succeed Sergio Conceicao at AC Milan.
Conte has a good working relationship with Paratici as a sporting director, from his days at Juventus between 2011 and 2024 – his arrival could make things a lot easier.
The Italian manager has done a fine job at Napoli so far and has made them genuine contenders for the title. However, they have their work cut out in the final stretch of the season.
In the last seven Serie A games, Napoli have won just one , which has seen them fall three points behind league leaders Inter.
Napoli’s next game is against Conte’s potential future employers, Milan, this Sunday.
