Black Stars depart for Morocco ahead of Madagascar clash

Black Stars have left Accra for Morocco, where they are set to face Madagascar in a crucial 2026 World Cup qualifier on Monday.
The team departed on Saturday morning for the five-hour journey after their dominant 5-0 win over Chad at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday night.
Antoine Semenyo opened the scoring just two minutes into the game, setting the tone for what would be a one-sided affair.

In the second half, Ghana maintained their dominance. Mohammed Salisu added a fourth goal in the 56th minute, before Ernest Nuamah sealed the win with a strike in the 68th minute, capping off an impressive display by the team.
Coach Otto Addo and his charges now face a quick turnaround, with just three days to prepare for their next fixture against Madagascar.
