Chelsea’s interest in Kudus has been revived, as London rivals Tottenham and Newcastle also show interest in the Ghanaian.
Chelsea renew interest in Tottenham target Mohammed Kudus

Chelsea have renewed their interest in West Ham forward Mohammed Kudus after rivals Tottenham Hotspur’s recent interest in the player, as they seek to break their unofficial transfer embargo with the Hammers.
Per Sky Sports News report, the Blues are still keen on signing the Ghanaian forward after agreeing deals for Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens, with Newcastle United also poised to secure his signature this summer.
One might assume Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea would be content with their recent signings of two versatile forwards, but that’s not the case. Meanwhile, West Ham reportedly rejected a player-plus-cash offer from Chelsea for the 24-year-old.

Several Saudi Pro League clubs, including Al Nassr, have been linked with an £85 million move for the forward in early April.
However, Mohammed Kudus is determined to stay in the Premier League and has rejected interest from Saudi Arabia.
Tottenham previously expressed strong interest in Bryan Mbeumo, Antoine Semenyo, and Eberechi Eze, but they have now shifted their focus to the Ghanaian star, who is reportedly open to a potential transfer across London.

The Europa League champions are eager to sign Kudus, who would become the first player in over a decade to transfer directly from their fierce London rivals.
Chelsea, who won the Conference League last season alongside their fellow European champions, have reignited their interest in the dynamic attacker.
Kudus’ recent performances have heightened his appeal, with the Ghanaian leading the Premier League in completed dribbles for two consecutive seasons, showcasing his exceptional dribbling skills.

He recently signed with the renowned football agency ROOF (Representatives of Outstanding Footballers), a decision widely viewed as a strong signal of his willingness to consider new opportunities this summer.
Kudus moved to West Ham from Ajax for £38 million and has since made 80 appearances, scoring 19 goals and contributing 10 assists across all competitions.
In the 2024/25 season, he played 35 matches, scored five goals, and provided four assists for the Hammers, who ended the Premier League campaign in 14th place.
Reports suggest Kudus has two release clauses: a £120 million clause for Saudi clubs and an £85 million clause for Premier League clubs, which is active this summer.
