In a move to strengthen the squad for the challenges ahead, the club on Saturday announced the departure of 11 players after a long campaign.
The exits of key names such as Alex Aso, Owusu Banahene, Yaw Osei and Charles Kamara came as a surprise, given their significant contributions to GoldStars’ historic league triumph.

Among the signings is highly-rated attacker Barimah Baah, who joins from Nations FC, as well as Sampson Eduku, who arrives on a free transfer after a brief spell at Asante Kotoko.
