Golden Kick FC stun Attram De Visser to reach MTN FA Cup final

Golden Kick FC have booked their spot in the final of the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup after a thrilling 3-1 win over Attram De Visser in the semi-final at the T&A Stadium in Tarkwa.
The match saw Golden Kick dominate proceedings, with an early own goal from Dawuud Ishaque and a strike from David Amuzu six minutes later giving them a comfortable 2-0 lead at halftime.
Attram De Visser’s hopes of a comeback were dashed just two minutes into the second half when Bless Ege scored Golden Kick’s third goal.

Attram De Visser managed to pull one back through Precious Yaw Gyimah’s late strike, but it was too little, too late.
Golden Kick’s impressive run in the competition continues, having eliminated record winners Hearts of Oak in the earlier rounds.
This win marks a historic moment for Golden Kick FC, as they become the first lower division side to reach the MTN FA Cup final in five years.
The team will be looking to capitalize on their momentum and make history by winning the coveted trophy.
