Joan Laporta says winning the treble is definitely ‘possible’ for Barcelona

Joan Laporta has left his thoughts on the heavily-discussed chances of Barcelona winning the treble this season, stating that his team can go for every title knowing they posses what it takes to make it happen.

This term, Barca have been firing in all departments under Hansi Flick, who has rejuvenated the Blaugrana with a blend of experience and youth to grind results.

Now, Barcelona are 15 games away from winning all three titles this year, as they sit top of La Liga, have an upcoming Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid and are all but through to the semis of the UEFA Champions League.

Laporta says his team can complete the treble dream considering the massive amount of talent available in their fold as Pedri Gonzalez, Lamine Yamal and the likes of Fermin Lopez continue to shine.

Speaking to the media in Barcelona, Joan Laporta made it clear ‘everything is possible’ for Barca, who remain unbeaten in 25 matches across all competitions.

“We have what it takes to make it happen. Everything is possible”, he said.

The Barca president also revealed he wants his side to go for the win again against Dortmund, in order to pass a statement to the world about Barca’s quality and efficiency.

“This game is so important. It is so important to show the world who we are and prove we can be champions. We want the win and will go for it”, Laporta explained.
