Cristiano Ronaldo claims Manchester United don’t have a structure
Man United manager Ruben Amorim responds to Cristiano Ronaldo’s critisicm

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has shared his thoughts on club legend Cristiano Ronaldo’s recent comment in an interview with the renowned English broadcaster and media personality Piers Morgan, during a chat held in his “man cave” at his Saudi Arabian home.
Ronaldo seemed explosive in his responses in an interview granted three years ago, the global icon hit out at his former club, United, and then-manager Erik ten Hag, saying he had no respect for the Dutchman.
However, the Al-Nassr forward seem to have been “charitable” with his words for his former Premier League club, confessing that, “this time, I promise I’m going to be a good man.”

In the new interview, which was recorded weeks ago, the 40-year-old Portuguese international was concerned about the downward spiral and the inconsistencies of the club.
He felt United beating a doggy side like Brighton had rather given them the momentum to enjoy a relatively normal period of stability.
“Manchester United, right now, they don’t have a structure,” Ronaldo says.
“I hope that changes in the future, because the potential of the club is amazing, it’s one of the most important clubs of the century.
“They’re not on a good path. They need to change, and it’s not only about the coach and players…”
On the performance of the Red Devils manager, Ronaldo backed his Portuguese counterpart, Amorim, and thinks he can’t conjure miracles at the club.
“He’s doing his best,” Ronaldo replies. “What are you going to do? Miracles? Miracles are impossible.”
Now, Amorim has responded to Ronaldo’s comments, and understands how relevant the global icon’s comments are, especially in times like this.
The 40-year-old tactician called for calm and for everyone to improve, but rather, forget about the past and look forward to the future.
“He knows he has a huge impact in everything he said. What we need to focus on is the future.
“We know that we, as a club, made a lot of mistakes in the past, but we are trying to change that. So let’s not focus on what happened.
“Let’s focus on what we are doing now, and we are doing that. We are changing a lot of things in the structure, the way we do things, that we want the players to behave. We are doing that, and we are improving.
“So let’s focus on the way we are doing things, we are improving. Let’s continue and forget a little bit the past.”
