Ouattara praises Team’s effort in draw against Vision FC

The Phobians have won just of their last six games in the League

Hearts of Oak’s head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, expressed satisfaction with his team’s performance in their 1-1 draw against Vision FC on Sunday.

The match which was played at the Nii Adjei Okraku II Sports Complex saw the two side shared the spoils in a pulsating encounter.

Kelvin Osei Asibey netted for the Phobians, while Meschack Sowah Adjetey scored for Vision FC in a tightly contested match.

Speaking after the game, Hearts of Oak’s head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, expressed satisfaction with his team’s performance. “We played at this stadium, but it is not easy for us because of some things I don’t want to say, but I think the game is not bad,” Ouattara said.

“The two teams tried their best, and we got our points. We are impressed because every time I tell them we can score, we create some chances but no problem because the opponent also did well in defence, and in midfield, everybody tried to win the match in midfield.”

The draw keeps Hearts of Oak in fifth place on the league table with 41 points after 26 games, while Vision FC remains 14th with 29 points.
