During his visit, Mr. Abubakar observed the team’s training session, interacted with the players, and shared valuable insights from his experience in football administration and development. He encouraged the team to remain disciplined and focused as they pursue their careers in professional football.

Despite GRA Ladies’ failure to secure a spot in the Women’s Division One League promotional playoffs this season, JoeSalam commended their effort and overall performance. He urged the players and technical team to regroup, stay motivated, and work even harder to secure qualification next season.
“You have shown great promise this season. Don’t be discouraged—use this as motivation to come back stronger. Stay committed, stay disciplined, and fight for your chance next season,” he encouraged.
His visit highlights his continued support for women’s football and youth development in Ghana, in line with his roles at Tema United FC and the National Juvenile Committee.

Meanwhile, Tema United FC, under his leadership, are making waves in the Greater Accra Division 2 Zone 1 League, currently leading the table and edging closer to securing a spot in the GA RFA Division 2 Promotional Playoff.
