Destiny Udogie has four years remaining on his contract, making any potential transfer challenging
Tottenham’s stance on Destiny Udogie transfer amid Man City interest revealed

Tottenham are set to resist any attempts to sell Destiny Udogie this summer, despite growing interest from Manchester City, according to the Mirror.
While Man City have been linked with a move for the 22-year-old, Udogie is likely to be a part of a broader list of targets rather than the club’s No. 1 priority.
One of the key reasons for Tottenham’s stance is their reluctance to part ways with a player they highly value, even though Udogie’s season has been disrupted by injuries.

The left-back still has four years remaining on his contract, making any potential transfer challenging, especially with Tottenham’s notoriously tough negotiator, chairman Daniel Levy, at the helm.
As a result, any move for Udogie this summer seems highly unlikely, especially with the player focused on regaining top form and fitness for Spurs.
Destiny Udogie enjoyed a standout season for Tottenham last year, even being shortlisted for Premier League Player of the Year honours.
Despite a series of injuries this season, he is now fit and ready for the crucial run-in. However, the team’s injury woes have added to the pressure on manager Ange Postecoglou.

Nevertheless, internally, Udogie remains highly regarded at Spurs, with the club seeing his acquisition from Udinese for just £15million in 2022 as a brilliant piece of business.
He spent another year at Udinese before officially joining Tottenham in 2023.

Manchester City, who are looking to rebuild their squad this summer, have a new director of football, Hugo Viana, evaluating potential signings.
Despite their admiration for Udogie, Juventus defender Andrea Cambiaso is still believed to be Man City’s top choice for the left-back position.
Viana officially began his role this week, and City are planning another ambitious transfer window after spending heavily in January to strengthen their squad for manager Pep Guardiola.
The Premier League giants have seen success in the market, with forward Omar Marmoush impressing, and they are expected to continue strengthening an aging squad.
City have already loaned Kyle Walker to AC Milan, while Josko Gvardiol, who has excelled as a left-back, centre-back, and inverted full-back, is expected to play a prominent role in the coming season.
