Aston Villa manager Unai Emery showered praise on Marcus Rashford for his impact at Aston Villa after he scored twice against Preston in their FA Cup quarter-final tie.
Rashford was in fine form for Villa against Preston, scoring a brace, while Jacob Ramsey also hit the back of the net as the club smoothly sailed through into the last four.
Rashford has said that he feels like he is rediscovering his love for the game after his difficult time at Manchester United.

However, manager Emery has singled out the England star’s abilities and believes that, together with other players, they can help the 27-year-old get back to his best consistently.

“Fantastic. He is personally feeling better, comfortable, confident. Scoring goals of course is I think adding the confidence he needs, and of course helping us.
“I think the challenge we have – the club, the team, the squad and himself – is really one huge challenge to try to get together something, helping each one in our capacity to recover his best performances, and as well, adding us his qualities and his assists and his goals.”
In 10 appearances for Villa, Rashford has scored 2 goals while providing 4 assists in the process.
Villa faces Brighton on Wednesday before taking on Nottingham Forest next weekend.
