“We’ll see if I can play the summer Nations League “- Ter Stegen

Marc-André Ter Stegen is aiming to make his return to international duty this summer, hoping to feature for Germany in the UEFA Nations League after a long spell on the sidelines due to a knee injury.
The Barca goalkeeper underwent surgery in November 2024 after suffering the injury in early October, which forced him to miss many crucial club and international fixtures.

Now back in active training for Barca, Ter Stegen is slowly regaining fitness and could be between the posts for the Catalans soon.
Speaking about his recovery and potential return to the national team, the 31-year-old said: “It’s important to play for Barça and we’ll see if I can be in the Nations League.”
Germany will be counting on experienced players like Stegen as they prepare for the competition this summer with a big semi-final lined up against Portugal.
