Harry Kane has opened up on what the pinnacle of his international career would be, revealing that ‘winning the World Cup’ stays on top of the list in every regard of his life, particularly as England captain.
Kane is already England’s top scorer in history with 62 goals, nine more than the legendary Wayne Rooney who netted 53 times in his professional career for his nation.

Speaking to the press ahead of England’s World Cup qualifier against Albania, Kane said : ” I think you play so many games, and its hard to really think that ahead, but for us we need to qualify and that is the most important thing. To go there and lift the trophy has been in my mind each year and it would be a dream to achieve that.”
England begin a new project under new head coach Thomas Tuchel, who seems to have loads experience in dealing with the current crop of players in the team having coached for about a decade in Europe and at Chelsea in the Premier League.

Harry Kane is eyeing that iconic World Cup title England has not lifted since 1966. However, he will be taking it a game at a time, looking to be at his regular best against Albania on Friday night to eventually lead his team to USA, Canada and Mexico 2026.
