Ampem Darkoa Ladies have secured their fourth consecutive Northern Zone title in the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.

The Techiman-based side clinched the championship on matchday 17, finishing 37 points from 18 matches.

Despite losing 2-1 to Fosu Royal Ladies on matchday 18, Ampem Darkoa’s closest challengers, Dreamz Ladies, suffered a 2-1 defeat to Supreme Ladies, sealing the Nanamma’s fate as champions.

Ampem Darkoa finished the campaign with an impressive 12 wins, one draw, and five defeats.

The Stage is Set for the Final

Ampem Darkoa will now face Southern Zone champions, Police Ladies, in the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League final on a later date in May.

This highly anticipated matchup promises to be an exciting conclusion to the season, with both teams vying for the top spot.
