Head coach Ruben Amorim, is optimistic about fielding a stronger lineup for the showdown in Bilbao, which could prove pivotal in salvaging their season.
United’s domestic performance has been disappointing, leaving them 16th in the Premier League. However, their journey to the final has given them a rare chance to qualify for the Champions League through European success.
A victory in the final would allow them to secure a spot in the prestigious tournament despite their lower league finish, making the match in northern Spain even more significant.
The return of Yoro, who has impressed since joining from Lille, will bolster United’s defensive stability in Amorim’s preferred three-back formation.
His presence alongside Luke Shaw is expected to provide extra solidity at the back, which will be vital against Tottenham’s attacking threat.
Dalot’s comeback also offers the possibility of a more robust defensive pairing with Harry Maguire, adding to United’s tactical options.
Meanwhile, Zirkzee has had a challenging debut season but has shown better form than Rasmus Hojlund, making him a valuable striking option for Amorim.
