Man United and Chelsea in battle for Liam Delap's signature

Manchester United face stiff competition from Chelsea for the signing of Liam Delap this summer, with both clubs ready to go head-to-head for the promising striker.

Delap is expected to leave Ipswich Town following their relegation from the Premier League.

He’s widely tipped to be among the first major moves once the transfer window opens on June 1. However, his next destination remains uncertain.

The 22-year-old has impressed in his debut Premier League campaign, scoring 12 goals and providing two assists in 35 appearances for Ipswich.
