Kobbie Mainoo’s current contract with Man United will expire in 2027
Man United tie down Kobbie Mainoo to long-term deal

Manchester United have reportedly reached an agreement with midfielder Kobbie Mainoo over a new long-term deal, following months of negotiation with the player and his representatives.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the English midfielder has finally reached “full agreement” with United over a contract extension.
The 20-year-old was heavily linked with an Old Trafford exit last summer and in January, after falling out of favour under former boss Ruben Amorim.

However, the English international has re-established himself in the team since the interim appointment of Michael Carrick, and he is now set to commit his future to the club.
The transfer expert posted on X: “BREAKING: Kobbie Mainoo has agreed all terms of [a] new contract at Man United, all set to sign!
“The agreement will be valid until June 2031 with increased salary, as always reported. Understand it will be official before [the] end of the season, Kobbie could sign this week.”
Mainoo’s current deal was due to expire in 2027, but he is on the verge of officially putting pen to paper on fresh terms at his boyhood club.
The midfield prodigy, who has been in fine form and rejuvenated after his recent integration into the squad under Carrick, could not hide his excitement after the Red Devils went past Brentford in the Premier League on Monday night.
Speaking to Sky Sports after Man Utd’s 2-1 win over Brentford on Monday evening, Mainoo admitted: “I’ve loved every minute of it, especially under the boss now. Just feeling the confidence.”
