Carlo Ancelotti says Valverde is ‘available’ to play despite injury concerns

Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that Federico Valverde is available for selection though the player looks far from his best physical level amid injury concerns.Valverde suffered a major setback weeks ago in La Liga and has since struggled to complete in an entire match for Los Blancos in their last three games in all competitions.He however featured in the first-leg clash of Real's last 16 tie against Atletico Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu for 81 minutes, and though some reports suggested Valverde was a doubt for the second-leg, Ancelotti says the Uruguayan is available for selection as Real gaze upon the quarter-finals of the competition.Speaking to the media ahead of Real's domestic Sunday clash against Rayo Vallecano, the Italian manager stated that Federico is in good condition for upcoming matches."Fede Valverde is available.
