The Austrian has only played six games this season in La Liga
David Alaba reportedly ruled out of Alaves clash due to injury

Real Madrid defender David Alaba is reportedly ruled out of Los Blancos’ weekend clash against Deportivo Alaves in La Liga after suffering an overload in training.
Alaba returned from a hamstring injury that kept him sidelined for Real for many months and played a part in Madrid’s two recent defeats against Valencia and Arsenal.
Now, it appears Ancelotti will be unable to count on the Austrian, who can’t catch a break with recurring injuries this season.
Last season, Alaba suffered a knee injury that left him out for seven months, and his future with Real looks uncertain by the day as a result of a lack of consistency in the team.
Nonetheless, the Austrian will be still be hopeful, knowing he returns in the next few weeks and has loads of experience to offer this current Real Madrid side.
In Alaba’s place will be Fran Garcia, who seems to be the first choice left back for the Meringues in La Liga but not in Europe.
Ferland Mendy is also ruled out due to injury, and it appears Fran will have to feature consistently for the next few games in all competitions for Los Blancos.
