The Danish striker has already joined her new teammates in training as Police Ladies prepare for the CAF Women’s Champions League WAFU Zone B qualifiers later this month.

Police Ladies have been drawn in Group B and will begin their campaign against Nigeria’s Bayelsa Queens FC on Sunday, August 24. They will then face Benin’s Sam Nelly before concluding the group stage against Togo’s ASKO on Saturday, August 30.
The qualifiers, scheduled for August 23 to September 4 at the Stade Charles Konan Banny in Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire, will see the top team secure the zone’s sole ticket to the 2025 TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League. The semifinals are set for September 2, with the final and third-place playoff taking place on September 5.
Police Ladies will be hoping that Hansen’s arrival adds firepower to their attack as they seek continental glory.
