Florentino Perez has stepped in personally to motivate the squad ahead of Arsenal tie
Real Madrid stars promised “juicy bonus” ahead of crucial Arsenal clash

Real Madrid players have reportedly been promised a “juicy bonus” by club president Florentino Perez if they can pull off a dramatic comeback against Arsenal in the Champions League.
After suffering a heavy 3-0 defeat in the first leg of their quarter-final tie at the Emirates, the Spanish giants now face an uphill battle in the return leg at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday evening.
To raise morale, Perez has stepped in personally to motivate the squad ahead of this crucial encounter.

According to SPORT, Perez visited the Real Madrid dressing room at Mendizorroza following their narrow 1-0 La Liga win over Alaves.
There, the club president is said to have directly addressed Kylian Mbappé and the rest of the players, promising them a “juicy” financial reward should they secure a spot in the Champions League semi-finals.
“If you win and reach the semi-finals, you’ll receive a reward from the club,” Perez reportedly told the players, aiming to inspire belief and determination as they prepare for what could be a defining night at home.

This is not the first time the Real Madrid squad has received financial incentives this season.
Following their impressive victory over Atletico Madrid in the previous round of the Champions League, players were reportedly handed bonuses in recognition of their resilience and performance.

However, the stakes are now even higher. Trailing by three goals on aggregate, Madrid will need a near-perfect performance to overturn the deficit against a disciplined Arsenal side.
Carlo Ancelotti has already held several meetings with his players, urging them to achieve a “remontada” (comeback).
Meanwhile, reports from Spain continue to speculate about Ancelotti’s future beyond this season, with a disappointing exit from the Champions League potentially complicating matters for the Italian.
The clash with Arsenal has therefore become even more crucial for both Ancelotti’s legacy and job security.
