Title race not just about Kotoko and Goldstars – Frimpong Manso insists

Bibiani Goldstars head coach Frimpong Manso believes the Ghana Premier League title battle is more complex than it seems, with Nations FC emerging as a strong contender alongside Asante Kotoko and his own team.
With just seven matches left to play, Manso thinks every point will be crucial in the fight for the top spot.

Currently, Asante Kotoko and Bibiani Goldstars are level on points with 47 points each after 26 matches, followed by Nations FC with 45 points and Medeama with 41 points. Manso thinks the title race is wide open.
“We want to win the league title and that is the objective now, but it depends on how we approach the remaining matches,” Manso said. “Ghana Premier League title race is not between Kotoko and Goldstars. As we speak, Nations FC is a title contender.”
Bibiani Goldstars will face Bechem United in an outstanding Ghana Premier League clash on Wednesday afternoon. Both teams will be eager to secure maximum points in the highly anticipated match.
