Tottenham and Chelsea have looked vulnerable at the back this season, with the Blues taking a major injury blow to their first-choice centre back Levi Colwill, which promted manager Enzo Maresca to request for a new center back in the summer transfer window.
However, both clubs need to improve in that area of the pitch, and with Bastoni at the peak of his career, he could improve both teams.
Bastoni could be attracted by the prospects of playing in the Premier League for either Tottenham or Chelsea.

Having thrived in Serie A, the Italian international has proven his elite credentialsāand now appears ready for a fresh challenge. A Premier League switch could offer the perfect, exciting next step in his career.
The report claims that Spurs sporting director Fabio Paratici has recommended the defender to Tottenham, and it remains to be seen whether they are prepared to break the Bank for him.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal and Spanish champions Barcelona are monitoring his situation as well. It remains to be seen where the defender ends up eventually.
