Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo has expressed his gratitude and pride in representing the Black Stars, stating that it’s always “an honour” to receive a call-up to the national team.
Speaking to SuperSport, Semenyo revealed that he feels privileged to play for Ghana and is committed to making himself available for selection, barring any injuries.
“I’m always eager to be part of the national team,” Semenyo said. “The only thing that will stop me is an injury, but I always try to make myself available.”

Semenyo’s dedication to the Black Stars has been evident, with the Bournemouth star having made 27 appearances for the team.
His recent goal in the 5-0 win over Chad in the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers at the Accra Sports Stadium marked his third goal for Ghana.
As club football resumes, Semenyo will shift his focus to Bournemouth’s FA Cup clash against Manchester City, seeking to replicate his scoring form for the Cherries.
