Jürgen Klopp sends 'super grateful' message to Liverpool after Premier League win

Jürgen Klopp has sent a “super grateful” message to Liverpool after they won the Premier League title on Sunday under Arne Slot.

Klopp has sent a touching message after the Reds won the Premier League title under Arne Slot following the legendary manager’s exit.

Liverpool were crowned Premier League Champions with a thumping 5-1 win over Tottenham, with Arne Slot becoming one of the few managers to win the title in his first season.

However, Slot’s side could end the season with an impressive tally of 94 points with four games to go.

Amassing the point would be the highest of any champion since Klopp’s 2019/20 Reds side(99 points).

Klopp won the Premier League once in his many years spent with the Reds but was unable to lift the trophy in front of supporters during the COVID-19 era.

Slot took the time to shout out the German with a chant after full-time on Sunday, and he has now issued a touching message on Instagram.

Klopp wrote on Instagram: “Super grateful for the past, super, super happy about the present, extremely positive about the future! Congratulations – YNWA. Thank You Luv.”
