Como manager Cesc Fabregas turns down AS Roma job

Cesc Fabregas has reportedly turned down another managerial role, this time,” the Italian job” with AS Roma as veteran boss Claudio Ranieri’s successor, according to new reports from Italy.
Febregas, who earlier on declined to take up the vacant role with German side Bayer Leverkusen, has once again remained resolute to stay with Como after guiding them to stay up in the Italian top flight.
Per Sky Italia, Roma contacted Fabregas with the hope of replacing Ranieri, but the ex-Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder is set to stay at Como instead.

The 67-year-old has been with Atalanta since 2016, winning the Europa League in 2023/24. The Italian manager has already rejected Roma on multiple occasions, but a new approach has not been ruled out.
