Ronaldo is set to become a free agent this summer
Cristiano Ronaldo hints at leaving Al-Nassr but rules out retirement

Cristiano Ronaldo has hinted that he will be leaving Al-Nassr but has ruled out retirement for now.
Less than an hour after scoring in Al-Nassr’s final game of the Saudi Pro League season, the 40-year-old posted on social media that “this chapter is over,” suggesting he will not play for his current club again.
However, he did not reveal what his next move will be, amid ongoing links to Major League Soccer and his first professional club, Sporting CP.

Ronaldo – who has stated he won’t retire until he reaches 1,000 career goals – is set to become a free agent this summer after negotiations over a new contract with Al-Nassr stalled in recent weeks.
The Saudi club finished 13 points behind league champions Al-Ittihad, and in his two and a half seasons there, Al-Nassr failed to win any trophies.
The Portuguese forward, who is nearing the 940-goal mark, clearly wants to continue playing, but where he will go next remains uncertain.
Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored 99 goals in 111 appearances for Al-Nassr, will take a short break before preparing for Portugal’s Nations League semi-final against Germany on June 4.
